30-Day Returns
We want you to love your Caratly purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a no-questions-asked 30-day return policy on all standard jewellery.
Eligibility
Eligible for return:
- Unworn items in original condition with tags attached
- Items returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items returned in original Caratly packaging
Not eligible for return:
- Custom, engraved, or bespoke pieces
- Items that have been worn, resized, or altered
- Loose diamonds (once a certificate seal has been broken)
- Items purchased during final-sale promotions
How to Return
- Email returns@caratly.com.au with your order number and reason for return
- We'll issue a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) within 24 hours
- Pack the item securely in its original presentation box
- Post via tracked and insured mail to the address provided
- Receive your full refund within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item
Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method. If you paid by card, your bank may take 3–5 additional business days to process the credit.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange size, metal, or style within the 30-day window. Exchanges are processed as a return + new order.
