Free Insured Shipping
All Caratly orders ship free within Australia, fully insured to the declared value of your purchase. Every item is packaged in our signature luxury presentation box before being placed in a discreet outer shipping box.
Delivery Timeframes

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. All orders are sent via tracked and insured courier (Australia Post Express or StarTrack, depending on your location).
Signature on Delivery
For security, all Caratly parcels require a signature on delivery. If you are not available, the courier will leave a card and reattempt delivery or hold at your local depot.
